Square Fons Exports Private Limited, incorporated in 2025, is building a fully integrated, technology-driven soft-shell crab farming and export business focused on meeting the growing global demand for premium-quality crab products. India has the coastline, climate and aquaculture capabilities to become a leading global supplier, yet its potential in the premium soft-shell crab market remains largely untapped. Square Fons aims to bridge this gap through a modern, sustainable and traceable farm-to-export model.
Our grow-out farm at Namkhana, West Bengal, operates in an ideal coastal environment and follows globally validated aquaculture practices. We are developing a state-of-the-art processing facility at Falta Special Economic Zone (SEZ) and have completed our technical consultancy engagement with the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand.
By integrating farming, processing, cold-chain management and direct export, we maintain end-to-end control over quality, traceability, food safety and compliance. Our operations are being developed in line with ISO 22000-aligned food safety systems, sustainability principles and international quality standards — positioning Square Fons to deliver premium Indian soft-shell crab to global markets.
